One of our complimentary services is to file your claims for you, handling all the paperwork and making sure you get maximum insurance benefits. We offer special financing terms with flexible monthly payments. You can simply apply in our office. You may also pay with cash, personal check, and most credit cards.

This payment method can be used to spread your costs out over a period of months or years and can be used at other medical providers, as well.

Gentle Dental Care Club
Dr. Grube is committed to providing high-quality dental care and is offering the Gentle Dental Care Club exclusively for patients without dental insurance coverage. For one annual fee, patients receive (within a 12-month period):
- Two routine dental examinations
- Two routine dental cleanings
- Bitewing X-rays once yearly (or as determined by clinical need)
- Panorex X-ray once every 3 years (or as determined by clinical need)
- Fluoride treatment with dental cleanings for children under 18
- PLUS 10% discount on additional care! (Exclusions apply)
Annual Fee is $370.00. Membership benefits apply for 12 months from enrollment date.
FAMILY DISCOUNT:
Annual fee for a SPOUSE of an enrolled club member – $335.00; the spouse must join the cub on the same date as the original enrollee in order to obtain the discounted fee.
Annual fee for legally dependent college student under the age of 22 – $305.00; the student must join the Club on the same date as the original enrollee in order to obtain the discounted fee.
Fee for Child when one parent is enrolled in the Club:
Under 13 – $235.00; Between 13 and 18 – $305.00
The child does not need to enroll on the same date, but the child’s member ship will be in effect until the expiration of the 12-month term of the enrolled parent. Children who are comfortable with routine dental care are eligible; children who require sedation or other extraordinary measures are not eligible for Club benefits and will be referred to a pediatric specialist.
*Exceptions
1. Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to another patient.
2. Benefits are applicable only at our practice and are not transferable. The membership does not apply to care provided by specialist to whom you may be
referred.
3. More advanced gum problems and heavy calculus accumulations require additional care (non-surgical periodontal treatment). Prescribed non-surgical periodontal treatment will be eligible for the 10% discount, and routine cleanings will be provided to patient as stated above upon completion of non-surgical
periodontal treatment.
4. The 10% discount may not be combined with any other special or discount
5. General dental care must be provided by Patrick R. Grube, DDS, a division of Atlantic Dental Care, PLC to renew membership
6. Invisalign treatment is discounted at a 5% rate
